Gavin is a really affable, genuine, knowledgeable person. He recommended the best softener based on our area and the number of occupants in the house. Installation was straight forward, and he was extremely flexible on appointments to suit us. He provided little 'value added' touches like testing the hardness of our water, a few months worth of salt blocks to get us started, and even disposed of our old one for us. Excellent. I much prefer dealing with local businesses rather than big chains, precisely because they offer a much more personal touch to the whole experience. The whole end-to-end experience with Thames Valley Water Softeners is outstanding, and we will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbours.

Excellent service and extremely friendly. I'd looked at other companies for water softeners and was appalled at the pushy and forceful sales approach. Gavin was extremely open and honest and I never felt pushed into buying from him. Given the hardness of the water in the area a water softener is a must have if you want to stop the limescale destroying everything. I would highly recommend Thames Valley Water Softeners over other companies in the area. Excellent service from start to finish, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Since having the twin tec water softener fitted, nothing is scaling up! Fantastic result, as living in a hard water area leaves everything covered in lime scale and getting damaged. The process of water softening and having a softener fitted was explained knowledgeably but simply, and the fitting itself went very smoothly with no disruption. Highly recommended.
